Rob Draper for Precision IO

Precision IO is building AI into its platform. I would sell with AI too.

I researched and built this site with AI agents. Here are three tools I would run in the national launch. Try them. The ranking uses real accounts and my own estimates. The other two run on assumptions you can change.

Where I would start: national centers, rankedMy starting estimates

Real centers, scored on what I know today. The top four are where I have contacts now. In month one, procedure volumes and what each center tells us replace my estimates.

How much should each factor count? Drag a slider to change a factor's weight, or click a dot to rerate a hospital from 1 to 5. The ranking updates.

Fiducial complication modelYour assumptions

Built for a radiation oncology chair to test live. What would better placement mean at one program? Defaults come from published lung series; the reduction is a hypothesis, not an Epione result.

0pneumothoraces a year today
0avoided a year at this reduction
0chest tubes avoided a year

Defaults: pneumothorax 15.8% and drainage 6.3% in 222 CyberKnife fiducial procedures; published rates run up to 45%.SourceSource In a randomized trial of a different robot for CT biopsy, lung complications fell from 16.9% to 4.9%.Source Lung fiducials are outside Epione's label today.

Account

Why this account
The reason it ranks where it does
Role
Chair, radiation oncology, NCI designated cancer center
Today
Growing SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy) and proton volume; fiducials placed by IR on a shared CT schedule; a small interstitial program
Priority
Fewer complications and redos, and more centers able to offer interstitial brachytherapy
Likely objection
"Our IR team already places these. Why would we need a robot?"
Opening question
"How many fiducials and interstitial catheters does your team place under CT each year, and how often does one need to be redone?"

Prompts I'd use every week: which NCI centers publish on CT guided fiducials or interstitial brachytherapy · summarize new robotic placement evidence this month · draft an advisory board agenda for the four launch centers.
